Job Summary
We're seeking a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions, contributing to a positive employee experience.

Hiring Process:

  1. Application Review: We will carefully review all applications and resumes.
  2. Initial Screening: Selected candidates will be contacted for an initial phone or video interview to assess their qualifications and fit.
  3. In-Person Interview: Top candidates will be invited to an in-person interview with our HR team and relevant department heads.
  4. Reference Check: We will verify references and employment history.
  5. Offer and Onboarding: Successful candidates will receive a formal job offer and begin the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding and Offboarding:
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from initial contact, hiring to exit.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding program to welcome new hires.
  • Process paperwork and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs and develop effective training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
HR Policies and Procedures:
  • Create, update, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Advise employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
Record Keeping and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and performance reviews.
  • Prepare regular HR reports and metrics.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience in human resources, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software. 
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as an HR Generalist or related position
  • In-depth knowledge of human resources policies and labor laws
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player: No drama
  • Dependable.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
Compensation: $19.00 per hour
